I endeavor to read every day. I want to keep myself surrounded by books, and aim to keep my mind and creativity always flourishing. I have been struggling with trying to find someone, or some place where I can express my opinions and thoughts on the books I read, because it seems my tastes don’t always match up with those of my friends, and especially my family. (Reading is a bad word to them—except my sister; she’s the only person I know that reads more than I do. But she thinks Twilight is good reading, so there lies my problem with discussing literature with her.)

Because this tumblr account remains mostly unused, and I already have two blogs — one for my creative writing and one for positive motivation — I figured this could be as good a place as any to write my book reviews. I can learn how to use Tumblr this way as well.
